agents or contractors to carry out the necessary checks
to verify the information, and to apply for information
about this application from any registry and/or organisations
and entities whether public or private, in Spain or in
our home country, about our solvency and credit rating.
The personal data that you give us in connection with
your mortgage application will be protected specifically
by the Spanish legislation contained in the Ley Orgánica
[Organic Law] 15/1999, of December 13th, concerning the
Protection of Personal Data, and in the Real Decreto [Royal
Decree] 994/1999, of June 1lth. |

Furthermore, I/we, the undersigned, hereby give our unequivocal
and express consent for mortgage4spain.com to share this
data, for the same purposes as mentioned above, with companies
whose activity is in financial services, marketing, publicity,
insurance, and the provision of credit reference services.

The applicant(s) will be responsible for the costs, which
are incurred in underwriting the application, in particular
those of the expert valuation carried out by Valteq S.L
or any other valuer even if the application does not proceed
to completion.
The applicant(s) also agree that the agent (Gestor) may
not be changed without the express approval of mortgage4spain.com
I/we hereby declare that we understand that there is a
currency risk involved with any mortgage, whether in euro
or sterling, when the property value, mortgage and / or
income are in different currencies, and that
I/we understand that we should take professional advice
on this if appropriate. |
