Our inspection visits to a place in the sun
are completely different to what you might expect.
Unlike most companies who put you on a coach trip, we allocate
an experienced sales associate to look after you, this will only
ever take place on a one to one basis.
This ensures that you see the
properties that YOU want to see!
Once you have established your requirements, we can arrange your
flights and accommodation or just make arrangements to spend some
time with you when you are here in Spain.
We offer daily departures to Spain from most major airports.
If you come to Spain on one of our inspection visits you are met
at the airport in the arrivals lounge by one of our sales associates
and then transported to your accommodation where you then discuss
your requirements in greater detail.
Once you have defined your property search with your sales associate
they will then prepare a schedule of properties that fit your
requirements.
The next stage is to discover the areas and gain a real feel for
Spain stopping along the way to view various properties that might
fit the bill. There is normally ample time to view these properties,
shortlist and revisit to make a final decision.
Alternatively you may make your own arrangements and have an appointment
with one of our sales associates during your trip. Our associates
are available seven days a week and would be happy to spend some
time with you in order to view various properties and help you
fulfil your dreams.
Once you have discovered the property you desire we will then
assist you with arranging a bank account, visiting the solicitor.
We will also help you with any other matters of importance during
your visit.
We will help you to find your property overseas and make your
living in Spain as easy as possible. Thereare many home for sale
in Spain and it's not easy to find your dream property without
some help.
